I flew to Minneapolis to shoot a commercial for the Minnesota Lottery. But what about the strike?

We are on strike against advertisers. In an attempt to get the ad agencies to break ranks with their side, SAG & AFTRA drew up an “Interim Agreement”. The Interim Agreement is the proposal that SAG & AFTRA had on the table when negotiations broke down. If an advertiser signed the Interim Agreement, they could use SAG & AFTRA actors. The Minnesota Lottery did just that, so I was fortunate enough to work!

I played a high-energy convenience store clerk who has seen too many gameshows. We shot all night (from 7pm until 7am) at a Texaco Convenience store. And because it was a SAG job, I got to fly first class!
